You are a wonderful yorkie mom! I hope you can take Teddy next door for a close up inspection soon to see that the lights are hornless.
I have to admit, that although Gatsby is full of bluster and ready to attack most of the lawn ornaments, there are some that cause him to run away rather than attack; he will leave the sidewalk and get as much distance as possible between himself and those hose big rotating inflatable cylindrical things. They kind of freak me out too. I much prefer the lights.
