We wont be able to email or write the judge however if we can apply pressure to the local senators and representatives and the mayor/governor. That in turn could get new laws written to truely punish people that do that sort of thing. The fact that the father would allow his son to come back into his home shows me his mind set isnt any different than his no good son. So who can help find out who the political powers are in that county?? lets show these kind of people that animal cruelty will not be tolerated EVER.
