I think keeping my girls happy and healthy in our fenced in back yard is pretty responsible. I don't feel the need to put her through the surgery when it is not life or death . Surgery is a big risk no matter what surgery . She's not running the town she's in my house or playing in the backyard. |
It could be life or death there is an illness that she can get from not being spayed that could kill her. Also male dogs will get to a female dog in heat even if there is a fence and what if someone stole her or she got away and a bad breeder or puppy mill could get a hold of her and use her to have puppies over and over and over again.
