My little girl is almost 16 weeks old. I got her at 14. The first 3 walks she went on, she did great. I had another person walking with us.

The last few walks have been awful. She won't walk away from the yard, would have to pull her to get her to move.

I have been walking a few blocks, putting her down, and then she walks and heads directly back to the house.

Really want to have good walks with her. I haven't had the other person with me on the last few. Don't know what to do! I have tried treats, leaving the leash and harness on her around the house, walking her in the drive way...she is a stubborn little thing!
