Please try and email the proper persons regarding petitioning Dustin Ricky Harrell's upcoming trial January 27th of next year to try and get him the maximum sentence for the torture and killing of darling little Honey, the Yorkshire terrier.
He is obviously psychologically sick, but that still is no excuse for this kind of cruelty.... and no kind of medication will change the behavior or desire for torture and killing of ANYthing...animal or human.
