Default question about spay/neuter contract. Please respond as soon as possible

I am supposed to be getting a puppy this weekend and the contract states that the AKC papers will be provided upon proof of spay/neuter. I only want a pet, so I am definitely gonna spay/neuter my puppy. My question is: Is the contract all that is provided at the time of the adoption that would ensure I am actually getting a purebred puppy?

The pups I have currently did not have a spay/neuter contract,(although I did get them both 'fixed'), so I am not familiar with contracts. I have read everything over and over on this contract and this is the only thing I'm not sure about. Please advise. Thanks!
