Hehe... not enough and I usually run it thru my coffee maker first!
Here are some tips: Use a favorite, special glass. (makes it more fun) or a straw or both.
A Fresh lemon wedge squeezed into the water for flavor and Vitamin C... might take a little getting used to but yummy if plain water is boring to you.
I always have a glass of water next to my coffe, tea or soda. The rule is I have to take a drink of water before each drink of a beverage.
Water is really good for the body. It's the only thing your body doesn't have to overly process to get it to a point where it can use it. When I am not feeling 100%, I tend to drink more water.... it makes me feel better.
Plus, fix a glass for your pup and drink together!
