They could give her a steroid to negate the effects of the vaccines.... I always get DHPP and then wait 4 weeks to get the Rabies... especially with small dogs... mine handle it better that way. As vaccines are strong enough to immunize 100 pound dogs... she probably didn't need more of the vaccine.... I'd talk to the vet about waiting a month to do the spay... when the vaccs are done working on her....
