I only drink water and rum. Not kidding. A bit of juice to mix in with the rum. I still don't think I drink enough water, esp when it's cold. I don't measure, but I will guess I drink about 4 or 5 regular size water bottles a day. If I do drink tea, it's bc bf ordered it for me at Chik-Fil-A and it's unsweetened.
