Harley does this when we're in the bedroom and I'm working and he wants my attention, luckily this is only when the kleenex garbage can is full, and he can get them out, so we keep it at a manageble level where the lid still closes and its fine.

I need a lidded can for the living room. I just removed it all together & have a covered one in the kitchen, one on the back of the toilet & one on the back of my pc monitor. Haha. That was fine until we both got terrible colds & tried other things.
