Our yorkie in the last two yrs has had two operations for bladder stones. She was put on urinary so prescription diet but it caused her to be thirsty alot & she would then urinate so often. Now she is eating Hill's prescription diet C/D urinary tract health. Now she isn't drinking alot of water. She has always been so good in letting us know when she had to go outsdoors but after this 2nd operation she doesn't. We have to guess on that. Wondering why that would be? We're told that she should have a liver test as there could be something there that is causing these stones. Has anyone ever had a yorkie having this sort of problem? I would like to hear about it.
