Carman- whelpwise they are both similar aren't they?

Sounds like you have everything covered! 3 is a nice number of pups- I've had mostly big litters (6&7) and my kuki then had 3 (one being my avatar) and oh it was a breeze in comparison- and your girl is a fair size on top! There will be some size difference in the pups I imagine; none of your homes are looking a specific size are they!?
My main mentor is an Alaskan malamute breeder, my Silkie Terrier mentor lives 3 states away, but we keep in close communications, but having my Main mentor has thought me a whole lot about whelping, research and so on, and yes yorkies and silkies are VERY close when it comes to whelping, with the Yorkie girls having a few more issues because of size, when the breeder breeds the smaller females. A responsible show breeder Will never compromise her lines with crossbreeding.
Silkie terrier show breeders now have to DNA their dogs because of the crossbreeding with the Yorkshire Terrier..
