I wasn't trying to say he did at all. I was just saying that the chance of getting a BYB bred dog from Ebay Classifieds is really high.
Usually you'll want to do one of two things to ensure you get a great dog. Find a breeder who's practices and methods you love, or rescue a dog. Your experience was a good one, and that's a great thing, but more often than not, ebay classifieds posters are BYB, brokers, or mill dogs, from what I've seen.
