I prefer the 32 GB. My last iPhone was 16 GB and it filled up quickly. I kept tons of pictures and videos on there, even after I uploaded them to my computer. But I also have a lot of music, audiobooks, and even a few Kindle books on mine - I think once you have an "intelligent" phone, you'll be surprised how much you will use it!
I think the camera is pretty good (definitely more than decent!). The only thing I dislike about the camera is the flash - I don't like the way it makes the photos look! I keep the flash permanently off and turn on a light if I'm inside.
