Supplement mom with calcium and also make sure she's getting lots of liquids...goats milk, chicken boiled and deboned. Also, cottage cheese.

I would supplement the pups a little to give mom a break. Some bitches can handle larger litters without any problems. Some may need a little help. I wouldn't risk with a large litter since I've dealt with eclampsia, I know what can happen to a bitch that isn't getting enough or the pups are taking too much.

But, Calcium is a #1 priority.
