We got Oscar at 6 weeks and he slept thu the night about two weeks after that. But, no matter what time we go to bed, he is always up by 6:30. Sometimes he sleeps with us and sometimes on the couch, but either way, he gets us up by 6:30 every day...gone are the days of sleeping late! Oscar will be 7 months old this month and is basically house broken, if we listen when he tells us he has to to. He is trained to go outside, so we have to go with him. We free feed Oscar and don't take his food or water up before he goes to bed. Maybe if we did that, he would not rise so early, but who knows. I just get up and take him out...it is not for show, he really has to go.
