It will probably take him a little while to get used to his surroundings some pups are more hyper then others. Callie wasn't much into treats when we first got her either, sometimes they can be picky about there foods and treats. If he isn't eating I would get some nutrical to make sure his blood sugar isn't going down. When you get a new puppy you should take them to the vet for a check up and such anyway so you could always ask the vet about it when you do that.
