The guy is just a monster!
I sure hope they throw the book at him but sadly I don't think it will happen. People get away with unimaginable cruelty when it comes to treatment of animals. It's very disturbing to try to wrap your brain around the level of cruelty some people are capable of doing to the defenseless.
