OK I am not a breeder and I am new so this is probably a really stupid question. Not let me say I am totally against bad breeder or puppy mills.
You made the comment "wonder if she actually has the right to breed him." I would have thought when you buy a pure bred puppy from show quality parents you would naturally have the right to breed the dog. I thought responsible breeders neutered the pups in the litter that don't meet the breed standard. Can you explain how it works to me. I don't expect to ever breed . I believe in taking care of any animals you may own and responsible ownership means if you don't plan to breed them you get them fixed.
