MKD, I am so so sorry about Samson, if you had him from when he was a baby - I know he was your everything!! Here is a web site that list breeders by state I hope it helps.

I lost my last little girl over 5 years ago and for us that are owned by a yorkie I think the only way to try and heal from that loss is to have another little yorkie. Not as a replacement, because my girls were as different as night and day, they just help you move on. We have not gotten another girl but there is not a day that goes by that we don't talk about her or adopting another. Circumstances stand in the way.
Don't be in a big hurry, get the healthiest little one you can and really check out the breeder and let her/him check and ask you as many questions as need be. Check with this breeder in Michigan at Rhapsody Yorkies
