AGREED! Please report this guy to AC NOW! He's got THREE dogs that he's not caring for. Not grooming a dog (the Yorkies) is also neglect, as they can develop bad matts, sores and infections on their skin if they aren't bathed and brushed regularly. Oh, this makes my heart hurt too
