Hi and welcome to Yorkietalk. That's so young to pick her up, I know that people who get them before 12 weeks complain about housebreaking and biting more. A good mama will start the beginnings of housebreaking with a puppy and she will also teach bite inhibition. Do they even have teeth at that age? Too bad the foster mother gave up so early, a few weeks could even make a difference. I wonder if your dogs will be able to socialize regarding biting inhibition.
