It sounds like she might be getting confused, since the pee pad was in the crate for a while. You may have to start fresh with the potty training routine. Also, you should decide if you want her to be potty pad trained, or outdoor trained then concentrate on one or the other. The potty pads are a nice backup to avoid accidents on the floor, but if outdoors is where she needs to be going, concentrate only on that.
