Wow Okay I'll try to answer this. In my under 10 yrs experience, first you have a breeder that will entrust you with a show pup. Usually that takes some amount of time to develop those relationships.
One way to start, is at a breed club, and preferably if you have a Yorkie Club in your area great, next is a toy dog club, and then third an all breed club.

These breed clubs, often have courses on a number of interesting topics, and also lessons on "handling" a pup in the ring.
