I just had a few bites of that roasted jalapeno (?) that they always have at my fave mexican place. I know it's always too hot for me to eat, but it's so pretty sitting in that pile all glistening from the oil and sparkling from the salt. I always gets one, but them take one or two bites and realize it's too hot and causing me to not enjoy my food.

I don't know if they are jalapenos, they seem a little skinnier and longer, but they are green. Then there is also a red pepper done the same way, but the pepper was dried first.

serrano chilis??
