They are different prices, but I can't figure out how they are different.

Nancy, both combos are using the exact same impact drill, but are using different model drill/drivers, although both are 18v and 1/2" chuck and come with two battery packs. They also come in different cases. One is a hardside case and the other appears to be a soft-sided tool bag.
