Yeah it's basically a dremmel. I bought one of those horrid things when they first came out. Silly me didn't realize the darn thing is not even on in the commercials! Uni hated it! I wouldn't want that thing to grind my nails either! However I have heard of people having success with it. But yeah, I agree with Kristen, any significant amount you need off would take an eternity. We use pavement as the files lol.
