I had calamari overkill last weekend when my sis was in town. Her, her dh, and our cousin had calamari the night before, so they didn't eat an at dinner, and it seemed it was just me, my other cousin, and his dw that ate it. chinese style calamari is much like the italian kind, just without marinara sauce LOL More spicy, but batter tasted the same, and of course saltier. I don't think the chinese can be outdone in terms of salt content.
