As far as the neglect situation, the owners did come forward. My friend said they didnt put up too much of a fight to even try to keep the dog. Im not sure exactly what kind of paper work was handed in to the police. I just know of the vet report along with other things. |
Nevermind who is attacking YOU. I cannot believe, that as a fellow yorkie (or any pet) owner, you are not doing everything in your power to be sure your friend does what is right. Just for a second,
put yourself in the situation of the owner of the lost dog. How can you possibly think it's not your place to intervene??? What an awful Christmas these owners are going to have...let alone if there are children who love him!
