I am sorry to hear your sister had a bad experince buying a puppy at the flea market. The ones I saw were around five to six hundred dollars and as I said to me it was poor conditions. God Bless your sister for trying to help a little one out; it is too bad the puppy had to die because of some greedy idiot. It is too bad that dogs do not have rights because they surely have feelings. Susan
