If this is a vet that knows the both of you, I'm sure if you let him know your circumstances he will help make payment arrangements for you. He needs to be seen by a vet. It could be as simple as impacted anal glands. It could be something more serious also, but he needs to be seen. Please talk to your vet, explain your situation, and ask for help in payment plans and developing an affordable plan of care. The longer you let this go, the worse the problem can get.
