Are you still seeing the large animal vet ? This pup needs to see a neurologist ASAP. There are some conditions that yorkies are prone to that are treatable but without Prompt & Proper treatment they can & will die, If he has any of these conditions. I would not waste any more time with a vet that is not taking his condition Extremely Serious.
