Your more than welcome! I was so excited when I found em! Actually, the day they came I tried and Pays couldn't get it out! That afternoon I trimmed her a little bit and well..she could get em out then HAHA however, they are a little tricky to use, they aren't complicated its just you can put a lot of hair in them so you have to get the hair amount JUST right in order for them to work properly. She has nothing but good reviews and she even gave me a hairbow free because she didn't get to ship mine out for a couple of days, which I thought was really nice. Once she shipped them out though I got em in just a few short days. You won't be disappointed with her bows! They are gorgeous! Btw, any do with any hair type can use these bows, they are made to where dogs can't get them out and they don't pull their hair, so they don't even know they have em in.
