I suppose puppy hair could be different to someone with allergies. I never noticed any difference, but I don't have allergies to dogs, either. You can take your yorkie for grooming anytime. Just know that your puppy doesn't have much hair and will probably come home with none unless you have an experienced yorkie groomer. You should be doing the nails regularly anyway. Getting them used to grooming at a young age is a good idea.
