Gemy, even with the best of plans you can't control everything lol! I have a dear friend who has been breeding Border Collies for over 30 years. She does every health test there is. She knows her lines back 10+ generations off the top of her head. ONLY breeds for specific things to improve her lines. ONLY sells after knowing someone a long long long long time. Will not let any pup out of her house that has not been fully tested and fixed unless she knows it is to be for show or breeding and those arrangements have been made in advance. In other words, she is a responsible breeder. She has only had one almost accident - when a male went through a closed second story window! Scared her to death and she got there before anything could happen. Silly boy was fine. But it goes to show where there is a will, they sure do try to find a way!
