I actually "missed" our last 2 puppy classes because my baby was so small in comparison to the GR and Labs. I just thought I would go back when the class had at least ONE other small dog. My guy was scared to death, but got better at the end. The problem was all the dogs got braver. We would put Brutus in a situation with a calmer large dog and all was well. Then all the pups would come over and I would be literally grabbing my baby out of the middle of these 30 lb pups. It scared me to death, when I grabbed Brutus his little heart was just racing. That was it. Our trainers were great and really gave us special attention, so we will return when they call and say they have more little guys signed up.
