Hi no hes not neutered but the cat is. the lab pup is only 12 weeks Dec 11. so he cant be yet. We are making sure everyone gets equal toys, treats and attention. We also make the pssst noise to correct Chase as he sniff anyones bum lol. so i guess just persistance.
