One of my favorite ingredients in chipotle in adobo. The chipotle peppers, however, are H O T
and I can only use 1 or 2 out of the 10 in the can. I now pulse the chipotle peppers with the adobo sauce and freeze in ice cube trays. When they are frozen I pop them in a ziplock to add to my tortilla soup or whatever.
I also do the same ice cube tray trick with my homemade stocks.
