Default Saving Flavors For Other Dishes.....

What do you do?

I'm a bit obsessive actually

I boil chicken and duck carcasses to make stock

Save bits of veggies in a bag in the freezer for "Soup Night"

Freeze overripe tomatoes to go in sauces

Save Parmesan rinds for pasta sauce or soups

Freeze the leftover curry sauce from my take out for a starter for my homemade curry

Save shrimp heads and shells to make a stock from

reserve pickle juice after the jar is empty to A) DRINK!!
or B) COOK WITH!!

I have a million more

Does anyone else do this?
