She said she's been working with a company with an industrial kitchen and they prepare diets made by the vets and ship them to owners for freezing or some shelf stable. Exotics are kind of their thing. I didn't ask the name of the company because I was traumatized by the kangaroo thing.
By the way, I realized I spelled kangaroo wrong in my post. What an idiot.
