I've never fostered for a dog before, but I used to foster for cats a lot. My mom also showed pomeranians when I was younger and I've been around toy breed puppies and know how to care for them.

I PM'd Noonie and also sent an email to YTNR.. does anyone know anything else I can do to get these babies pulled?
Like I said, I'm willing to help with transporting or fostering. I used to volunteer at the Carson shelter.. those places are horrible places for a days-old baby to be,and I don't know how much time they've got left. They're owner surrenders.
