I think Nicole really screwed up last night. I don't think she wanted Racheal to go home, but she just couldn't be responsible for anyone's fate, so she made the vote a tie and let the audience decide.

I'm guessing Simon's gonna bust her chops. Her inability to make a decision ended up sending Racheal home!

But I don't care. The audience usually gets it right in the end anyway, and I don't think Racheal should have gone much farther than she did. Marcus or Chris can go next week, setting up a Melanie and Josh final!
