I am horrified that something like this could happen but in this day and age, we have to expect the unexpected; nothing is sacred and no life is safe.
If I may ask, what action is it that you wish the Council to take?
If the person who laid down the poison were to be aprehended, arent there already laws and fines in place for animal cruelty such as this?
