My feelings exactly beecee. Lyme valley is quite a big park there are lots of dog walkers that use the park, there are also childrens play areas and wildlife.
I agree with you, if a dog is off a lead, as they need to be to have a decent run, how can you stop them from picking something up? Noone willingly 'lets' their dog pick things up. In Foxy's case her own let her off the lead to play ball, and she ate something and that was it. I knew Foxy and she was a lovely little dog, I felt physically sick at the news as it could have easily been one of my dogs.In which case I would most probably have been locked up by now.

Whoever is doing this must know what they are doing surely? They must have a hate of dogs/animals and people who love them- its just sickening.
