Horrible, and I don't think people are "letting" there dogs eat something in the park. Dogs are supposed to be able to be running free. If they are far from you there is no way you're going to be able to stop them. You may not even be able to see them pick something up.
I really don't see why people would do this. There really isn't any "satisfaction" that could be had by the crazy psycho because they never see the results of their maniac ways.
I heard of the same thing happening in Connecticut and Maine as well as a few other US places.
I don't really bother going to the dog parks. My yard is big enough... |
