 Maddie won a contest!
There was a "best dressed pet" contest at a business here about a month ago or so. I took Maddie in, dressed in her glittery snowman dress and they took a couple pics of her. I didn't hear from them and just figured she must not have won, but today I got a call that Maddie won and I get a gift certificate, which, she said, I don't have to spend all at one time...that they will set up an account. I didn't ask her how much the gift certificate was for, but for her to say I don't have to spend it all at once leads me to believe it isn't peanuts. Whatever it is...I am thrilled that my little Maddie won the contest!!! The day I took her there, it was minus zero conditions and wind and snow blowing like crazy...but I'm so glad I made the effort to get her there!
