That is a manly question! Only shotgun I ever remember firing was a single-barrel Browning my Dad owned. Scared the crap out of me! We mostly went deer hunting, and I owned a .270 Remington at one time. Never got a deer and ended up selling it cheap. Now the only gun I have is a .44 Magnum that I bought for bear protection on a long kayak trip. First time I fired it, I missed the target 6 times in a row at 25 yards out. Didn't give my kayaking companions much confidence in my bear killing abilities. Fortunately, haven't had to fire that at a live target either.
