Oh yeah, the small would be too big, it fits Joey who's 5 1/2 pounds and Ralphie who's a tad under 5, so I think the extra small willl be perfect. Dang, I used my CVS card and didn't get anything off, lucky you! Target and Walmart haven't been selling dog clothes like they were a few years ago, and even Petsmart has limited choices, so I'm glad I have a new place that I can find clothing reasonally priced.
