OP- do your little girl a big favour and get her the mis-mate; not only is her body probably not ready for a litter, but she is mentally still a puppy herself- so how can she be expected to know how to raise a litter to be well adjusted dogs?
oh, and as for her humping the chi- that is probably her asserting dominance because she has been bred... be careful it doesn't escalate to fighting; all Puppies will have to find their place in the pack, and can get very unpleasant if not properly dealt with (i.e. can end in fatalities).
