she could just stay fertile for a longer time than most...
gidget- where did you find that? Ilovemy2Yorkies- is that true? if so, breeding her is very irresponsible and she needs a mismate- she may as well be an 11yr old girl having a baby at that age... if not, can we please know her age, number of cycles and size (it is all relevant in trying to help answer)

btw, you ARE a breeder; you have deliberately bred your dog, so you are now a breeder- what kind you chose to be however is entirely up to you and you alone.
you say you mated them several times a day- do you own the male? were they supervised throughout? is the stud owner experienced at all if you don't own him?
